HS2 Conference: Building in the local benefits, 25th November, London

HS2 is coming - but what do Local Authorities, LEPs, developers and transport consultants need to do to realise the full potential of this extraordinary project? This conference considers the evidence available from similar projects in the UK and mainland Europe, setting out practical steps we will need to take to achieve the benefits HS2 is promised to deliver.

The 13th annual Transport Practitioners’ Meeting will take place in London for the second year running, in the first week in July 2015. This conference is the meeting place for all transport engineers, planners and urban transport designers and is a great opportunity to catch up on developments across the transport planning industry, as well as sharing your own knowledge with fellow professionals.

Submitting a paper to TPM offers an opportunity to demonstrate projects, acknowledge achievements, gain recognition, receive feedback, showcase your work, obtain valuable professional development and quality for CPD hours.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is Monday 2nd February 2015
