It is estimated that 1 in 7 or 1 in 5 people in society's neurodiverse population are neurodivergent, as opposed to neurotypical. In a neurotypically designed society, being neurodivergent can be challenging. But neurodivergent people also have talents or superpowers that can make a big difference to the ongoing evolution of society in a challenging world.
This report is the writeup of a 90-minute online discussion that took place on 14 November 2024, chaired by Glenn Lyons and involving a panel of neurodivergent people from the transport sector.
